ACC Shanghai huifeng literature 

international poet archive      

ACC Shanghai Huifeng Literature was founded by the poet and cultural promoter Anna Keiko in March 2016. It is a comprehensive platform, publishing international poetry, prose, novel and drama, as well as literary and poetry critics.

ACC Shanghai Huifeng Literature cooperates with the Spanish cultural foundation ITHACA.Anna Keiko is Chinese director and sole representative of the Chinese ITHACA foundation, publishing weekly poetry from all over the world  and representative of Immagine & Poesia partners, Italy, in China 

We hope that cultural organizations from other countries will join our endeavor to build a favorable platform for the promotion of international poetry and culture.

01/Germain DroogenbroodtBelgium-Spain ) 
Germain Droogenbroodt was born in Belgium and lives already more than 30 years in Spain. He is an internationally well-known poet, translator and publisher of international poetry (POINT Editions) and promotes also mainly modern international poetry with his project Poem of the Week, poetry from all over the world, translated and published in 25 languages. He published short stories, essays and literary reviews. So far he wrote 14 books of poetry, published in 28 counties and translated more than 30 books of international poetry, German, Italian , Spanish, English, French and Latin American. He also rendered Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Farsi into Dutch. Germain Droogenbroodt is the founder and editor of POINT editions, publishing since 1984 more than 80 volumes of mainly modern international poetry. In 1996,together with the Chinese poets Duo Duo and Bei Dao, he set up the neo sensacionismo , poetic movement inspired by the Portuguese poet Fernando Passoa, launched in Spain at  La Costa Poética , one of the international poetry festivals he organized. He is also vice president of the Mihai Eminescu Academy, organizer of the Mihai Eminescu Internatioal Poetry Festival in Craiova, Romania and co-founder of JUNPA (Japan Universal Poetry Association). He is also founding president of the Spanish cultural organization Fundación Cultural Ithaca, organizing since 2009 the Poetic Evening Concerts of Ithaca and the international project Poem of the Week.

His more than sixty visits and study of Chinese and Oriental cultures influenced profoundly his philosophic, poetic oeuvre. His poetry has been awarded with many international poetry prizes. He was nominated for the Nobel Prize of literature in 2017.

02/  Lidia Chiarelli (Italy) 
Lidia Chiarelli  is one of the Charter Members of   Immagine & Poesia , the art literary Movement founded in Torino (Italy) in 2007 with Aeronwy Thomas, Dylan Thomas' daughter.Installation artist and collagist.She has become an award-winning poet since 2011 and she was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from The First International Poetry Festival of Swansea (UK) for her broadside poetry and art contribution.Pushcart Prize  Nomination in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019.Her writing has been translated into different languages and published in Poetry magazines, and on web-sites in many countries.

03/Stanley H. Barkan ( United States )            

Stanley H. Barkan. born in 1936 in Brooklyn, has been translated into 29 different languages, and published in 28 collections, several bilingual. These include three bilingual (English-Chinese) collections: Sailing the Yangtze, translated into Chinese by Hong Ai Bai (2014), Gambling in Macáu (2017) and No Cats on the Yangtze (2017), both translated into Chinese by Zhao Si, and all published by The Feral Press. He was twice invited to be a featured poet at poetry festivals in China , but, alas, for health reasons, had to decline. He was the 1991 NYC's Poetry Teacher of the Year and the 1996 winner of “The Best of the Small Presses.” In 2016, he was awarded the Homer European Medal of Poetry & Art.

Sultan katto  was a theoretical physicist and a powerful poet who was keenly aware of the possibilities of language. A physicist and poet, cato was at the forefront of both.

06/Richard M. Grove (Canada)                    

Richard M. Grove  President of the Canada Cuba Literary Alliance

Richard Grove, otherwise known to friends as Tai, divides his time between a condo in Toronto and a house in Brighton. The Brighton house is in Presqu'ile Provincial Park, half way between Toronto and Kingston where he and his wife Kim run a B&B . He is the Poet Laureate of Brighton. He is a Poet, Prose Writer, Publisher, Photographer, Painter, Graphic Designer and is the founding president of the CCLA – Canada Cuba Literary Alliance. 07/ Thór Stefánsson ( Iceland )    

Thór Stefánsson was born in 1949 in Reykjavik where he finished grammar school.

He studied french, psycholoogy and linguistics in France and in Iceland.

Thór has been a teacher in grammar schools, in the end by the internet.

He has also tought Icelandic at the university in France where he has lived for longer periods as well as in Denmark and Sweden.

Since 1989, Thór has published 16 original poerty books and as many books of translations of French-and Swedish-speaking poets. He has furthermore translated contemporary Icelandic poetry into French.

Thór has participated in poetry festivals and readings in Iceland, France, Denmark, Sweden, Canada, Belgium and Macedonia.

His works have been translated into Albanian, Arabic, Danish, Engilsh, French, Japanese and Turkish.

Thór is the chief editor of French-Icelandic dictionaries and the author of a French grammar.

Thór is a member of the Writers' Union in Iceland and of Pen-International.

08/Christopher Okemwa (Kenya)           

Christopher Okemwa is a lecturer of Literature as well as the director of the School of Postgraduate Studies at Kisii University, Kenya. He is the founder and director of Kistrech International Poetry Festival in Kenya.

His poetry collections include  The Gong  (Nsemia Inc., 2010),  Purgatorius Ignis (Nsemia Inc., 2016), and  Ominous Clouds (Nsemia Inc., 2018). The latter is translated to Finnish, Norwegian and Greek languages. He has also published a short story collection, Chubot, the Cursed One and Other Stories  (Nsemia Inc., 2011). He has published three children's books,  The Visitor at the Gate, Let us Keep Tiger  and  The Village Queen  (Paulines Africa, 2010, 2011 , 2013. This is in addition to three oral literature texts,  Riddles of the Abagusii People of Kenya: Gems of Wisdom from the African Continent  (Nsemia Inc., 2011), The Proverbs of the Abagusii of Kenya: Meaning & Application  (Nsemia Inc., 2012) and  Otenyo the Great Warrior of the AbagusiiPeople of Kenya  (Nsemia Inc., 2016) as well as five folktales of the Abagusii people of Kenya,  Ogasusu na Oganchogu  (The Hare and the Elephant) , Ogasusu na Okanyambu  (The Hare and the Chameleon), Ogasusu na Okanyang'au  (The Hare and the Hyena) , Okang'ombe Okanyang'au na Ogakondo (The  Cow, the Hyena & the Monkey) , and  Kerangeti na Kerantina (Kerangeti & Kerantina). Okemwa's novella, Sabina and the Mystery of the Ogre, won 2015 Canadian Burt Award for African Literature (Kenya).

In 2018 Okemwa attained a PhD degree in Literature from Moi University, Kenya with a dissertation titled “A Study of the Kwani?  Open Mic'Literary-Gangsta' Performance Poetry of Kenya.” He also holds an MA and a Bachelor of Education degree in literature from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.

Okemwa took a Theatre and technical Courses held at Churchill Hall, University of Bristol, and at King Alfred's College, Winchester, in England, from July to August 1991, sponsored by NODA (National Operatic & Dramatic Association). He attended a poetry workshop in Northern Ireland in 1993 sponsored by Poets' House. He participated at the 20th International Poetry Festival in Medellin (Colombia) in 2010 sponsored by Prince Claus Fund. He was a guest poet at the 27 th  Biennale Poetry Festival in Liege (Belgium) in 2012 . He was again a guest-poet in the 3 rd Spring and Poetry Festival in Istanbul (Turkey) in 2018. He was again a guest poet at International Poetry Festival of Hanoi (Vietnam) in February 2019; and was a resident at Faber Writers'Residency in OLot, Catalonia, Spain in May 2019.

09/Kazimierz Burnat (Poland)    

Polish Poet, translator, essayist, publisher, journalist, organizer of cultural activities. Author of 21 books of poetry. He translated 5 books from Czech and Ukrainian. He wrote the prologue for 80 books. Translated into 42 languages. Juror of Literary contests. Member of the Bureau of the Polish Writers' Association and Chairman of the Evaluation Committee, the chairman of the Society in Lower Silesia. Member of the Union of Journalists of Poland.

10/JACEK WYSOCKI ( Poland )    

JACEK WYSOCKI Was born in Poznań, Poland in 1983. He gradute Adam Mickiewicz University. 
He works in graphics, drawing, poetry and video art. He is the author of covers for poetry books in Poland and in outher countries.

11/Javier Llaxacondor (Lima (chile,1982)

Peruvian poet and traveler, Javier studied Literature at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, business at the Universidad del Pacífico, and beekeeping and ecology in Chiapas (Mexico) at the Ecosur. Javier traveled as a professor and technician through rural South America, especially between Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia. During this period he published manuals for the production of honey aimed at rural teachers. After that, he move to Manchester (United Kingdom). 
His poetry has been published and traduced in Peru, Chile, Venezuela, Rumania, Italy, Morocco and Spain. He was a founding member of the International Poetry Festival of Lima - FIPLIMA and its manager until 2016. In Santiago de Chile, where he now lives, he directs the International Poetry Festival of Santiago - FIP SANTIAGO.
    

12/Anna Keiko (China)

Anna Keiko(安娜·惠子)once studied law at the School of Political Science and Law, Shanghai East China University, permanently living in Shanghai. Member of Shanghai Pudong Writers Association. Founder and Chief Editor of Shanghai Huifeng Literature Association and Chinese representative and director of the international cultural foundation ITHACA, and the Chinese representative of Immagine & Poesia in Italy as well.

Her poetry has been published in more than 20 languages in  approximately 110 newspapers and magazines spinning around the United States, France, Italy, Canada, Cuba, New Zealand, Tunisia, Iraq, the UK, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, the Philippines, Romania, Greece, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Chile, Peru, Poland, Kenya, Mongolia and others. More than 1000 poems of hers have been published up to now. 

AnnaKeiko was invited as a special guest to some international poetry festivals such as the 2nd Chalkida International Poetry Festival in Greece, the 7th Mihai Eminescu International Poetry Festival in Craiova, Romania, The International Poetry Festival in Santiago de Chile. In Rumania she was awarded the Mihai Eminescu College Medal and received a certificate of honor at the poetry, painting and music event in Curtea de Arges, the King Bashab Nigo medal. 

Her recently published English poetry anthology “The Language of Deep Sleep” has been greatly appreciated in China and dozens of foreign countries. The Chinese version of the collection was published by the Shanghai literature and Art Publishing House and broadcasted by the Shanghai People's Broadcasting Station. She was granted the excellence award of the Shanghai Citizen's Poetry Festival competition in 2017, won the bronze award of the First “Left Dragon Right Tiger Cup International Poetry Competition” in 2019, and amazingly awarded IL Meleto di Guido Gozzano (Italy) in September 2020.

 Anna Keiko has great publications ranging from poetry, poetry criticism, prose, essays, lyrics and drama, etc.

13/Amir Or( Israel )

Amir Or, born in 1956 in tel aviv, is an Israeli translator, editor and poet.So far, he has published 12 volumes of Hebrew poetry, including poetry (1996), museum of time (2007), animal in the heart (2010 ), prophecy of the mad man (2012), wings (2015), etc. He has won a variety of poetry awards, and his poems have been translated and published in more than 40 languages.

Jack Hirschman was born in New York City in 1933.Worked for11years as a professor in the academic world.Was fired in 1966 from UCLA (University of California in Los Angeles) for leading my students against the Americanwar in Vietnam. Came into the streets and because a communist as a poet in 1968 though translating the bookofpoetry by Rene Depestre, a Haitian, who wrote A Rainbow for the Christian West== in French.Moved to San Francisco in 1972. Between 1975 and 1988, I wrote a poem every day in Russian, between two American poems. And I made between 75 and 80,000 poetic-artistic leaflets whichIgave at at concerts and poetry readings, handmade in Russian and American words and graphics.In1980Ijoined the Communist Labor Party and work with its non-party child, the League of Revolutionaries for a New America (LRNA) after the Party voluntarily dissolved in 1992.In 2006 I became the Poet Laureateof San Francisco for three tears.I have published more than 100 books of poetry and essays, and translations of poets from 10 different language.Iwas awarded the Tibetan Golden Antelope Prize in China in 2019. I am a founding member of the Revolutionary Poets Brigade of San Francisco(2009-) and the World Poetry Movement centered in Medellin, Colombia, (2011-).

16/William Marr,( Chinese in America)

William Marr, a bilingual (Chinese/English) poet and artist, has published a total of 23 collections of poetry, including two English collections Autumn Window (1995, 2nd ed. 1996) and Between Heaven and Earth (2010); one French translation anthology, Chicago Serenade  (France, 2015); and two Italian translation anthologies  Cèzanne's Still Life and Other Poems (Italy, 2018), and Portrait and Other Poems (Italy, 2019).  His poetry has been translated into more than ten languages and is included in high school and college textbooks in Taiwan, China, England, and Germany.  A former president of the Illinois State Poetry Society, he is a scientist by profession and has held several solo and group art exhibitions in the Chicago area and China.  In 2018, he received the lifetime achievement award from the International Board of Examiners of Edizioni Universum, Trento, Italy, and the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award from the Marquis Who's Who Publications Board. In 2019, he received the 60th Literary Award from Taiwan's Chinese Literature and Art Association. 17/Huguette Bertrand (French-Canadian )

Huguette Bertrand is an international French-Canadian poet, editor and digital artist, born in Sherbrooke (Québec), Canada. She has been writing and editing french poetry for 37 years and has published 38 poetry books. Her poetry printed books are listed in Canadiana and their digital edition in pdf and epub formats can be downloaded for free in the digital collection of Library and Archives Canada. Her poems were also published in many international journals and anthologies and translated in multi languages. Besides her publications, she participated to poetry readings , book shows, art exhibitions of her poetry paired with artworks in Québec, France and Norway, gave workshops in Quebec and France. She is the representative of the international movement IMMAGINE & POESIA in Canada and editor of digital anthologies for this said movement.

18/Ashok Chakravarthy Tholana (INDIA

BRIEF BIO :Forhis unique poetry compositions to promote Universal Peace, World Brotherhood, Environment Consciousness, Protection of Nature, Safeguarding Children’s & Human Rights etc., Dr. Ashok Chakravarthy Tholana received several prestigious national and international awards. His message-centric poems have been translated into 15 international languages. As of now, eight out of his 18 volumes of English poetry have been published. That apart, 13 spiritual-related books have been translated by Ashok from Telugu to English language.

19/Bio-data (ASOKE KUMAR MITRA), KOLKATA, (INDIA)

Born 1950, from Kolkata, India, studied at Hindu school and St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

He is a retired journalist and editor of “CALCUTTA CANVAS” and “INDUS CHRONICLE”.

He is a bilingual poet. He has contributed to various anthologies published in India and abroad. His poems are translated into Hindi, Punjabi, Assamese, Italian, French, German, Polish, Persian, Serbian, Arabic, Hebrew, Malay, Mandarin, Romanian, Spanish, Azerbaijani, Russian, Uzbek, Kirghiz, Greek, Swedish, Norwegian, Chinese, Catalan.

“SAVAGE WIND” is his first poetry book, a bilingual edition, translated into Spanish by Mexican poet Josep Juarez. This has a separate edition published by Altaspera Publishing &Literary Agency INC, in Canada and distributed by LULU, IE under separate ISBN. The Italian version of “SAVAGE WIND” is also  published from Italy  with Italian translation by poet Elisa Mascia, Italy.

 “SONG OF PEBBLES” is his second book, a bilingual edition, translated into French by Marjorie  Meetoo  from Mauritius. Published from Kolkata, India.

20/Sendoo Hadaa(Mongolia)

Sendoo Hadaa is a poet of international renown. He lives in the Ulan Bator, the capital of Mongolia. Since 1989, he has published 19 books of poetry. Sendoo’s the latest collections of poems are "Song of the Moon" (in Bengali, 2020) and “I Don't Need a Funeral” (in Arabic, 2020), and his fourth collection of poems in German (in Germany, 2020). He has won awards for poetry in many countries. Sendoo’s influence transcends national and borders. Sendoo Hadaa is ranked in List of the Greatest Poet in History.
